About the app
Can I use several forms at once?
Yes. Each form has its own questions, calculations, goals and reminders. Forms you fill in on the same date share a daily record. In your history, answers are grouped by form.
When will I get reminders?
You can set a morning and an evening reminder for each form. The morning reminder is skipped if you already have a record for the day. The evening reminder only appears if you still have answers to fill in. Tap a reminder to open Check-in.
Can I correct an answer?
Open the summary and tap an answer to edit just that question. You can also open an earlier date in your history and update its answers.
Where does my data go?
Records and photos stay on your iPhone. You can use Formanza without an account. Each device keeps its own data. iCloud sync is not available yet.
Which languages does Formanza support?
Formanza follows your iPhone’s language. The interface is available in English and Spanish and defaults to English for other device languages. The field names, choices and formulas you create stay exactly as you wrote them.
What do I need to use Formanza?
Formanza runs on iPhone with iOS 18 or later in portrait orientation. It is currently available to an internal TestFlight group. You can try the demos on this page in your browser.
